We're building homes for flood victims in Pakistan, earthquake victims in Syria and victims of war in Afghanistan, thanks to your generous donations. Our ambassador Yusuf Chambers has been flying out and assisting with the building process.
There are 6.7 million Syrians living in makeshift camps in and around the country.
There are 10 million people in Afghanistan facing poverty.
Hundreds of thousands of families in Pakistan have lost their homes due to flooding.
Sadly, poverty has become even more pronounced, as people have fled their homes and often have no place to sleep or live. People who have been displaced are left without shelter, food, or protection because they lack access to adequate housing.
The Prophet (ﷺ) said, “One who strives to help the widows and the poor is like the one who fights in the way of Allah.”
The time has come for us to unite as ‘One Ummah’ and build stable homes for our brothers and sisters in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Syria to give them some safety and security.
